Absolutely nothing!!! Pointless!!!

It tells me to do what I already tried twice and appealed and still no results to change an invalid email on my son's account so he can enable 2FA. Been a long-time customer of Epic and Xbox, super frustrating!!!

Hello Epic Games, so I had just finished updating Fortnite so I can play with my friend. We played creative 1v1 for like 10 mins or 5.

I left the game, we went to play reload. I had just joined the game and I got kicked. I went back to the lobby and I'm banned for a day. I waited till the second day.

I opened up Fortnite and there it was; I was banned for a year when I never did anything. I have never cheated on Fortnite or used a macro or anything like that.

So please, if you see this, give me a reply back. I really miss playing Fortnite; it's been 100 something days now, so please give me a reply back.

So back in chapter 3 I unlocked the Foundation skin from the Fortnite Battle Pass, but then 1 or 2 seasons later it randomly disappeared even though I have the cosmetics for the skin.

My account was hacked and they stole everything. Customer support said they won't reimburse me for the stolen items bought on the account.

I have sent them pictures of what the issue I am having and they havent really answered my question it has let me unlink my account but it will not let me link my new account. It keeps saying that my epic game is already linked to an account but when I go on Link account it says it is unlocked and it is not linked I would like help with linking my new PlayStation account with this. I would appreciate your help please.

None of this helps and Im stuck being for seven days. and epic games did not help fix the situation.

I love Fortnite. I don't like the cheating players harassing me, making me, my brother, my girlfriend, and my family and friends feel unsafe to play a video game.

I love Fortnite, but the cheating players need to be stopped, and the authorities should be contacted. Every time I report cheating players, the harassment keeps getting worse.

I just want myself, my account, my friends, family, and girlfriend to be safe. That is a picture of a player who cheated to kill me in ranked.
