Lost v bucks

My account was hacked and deleted
I was able to play on Wednesday at 4:00 PM, but when I got back on at around 6 or 7, I couldn't play anymore. Right now, I'm following the steps in the Gmail, and I've selected 'Yes, I confirm,' so I'm just waiting for the next step.

Recently, my account was logged into and the person managed to switch the email on the account or might have deleted my Epic Games account. They had access to my Gmail and they got past my two-step verification and did an email swap.

Fortnite 1000 V-Bucks
Hi,
My 13-year-old granddaughter scratched too much on the Fortnite card. I can only read partial numbers. She literally pulled the tape off. I'm not familiar with this online stuff at 75. The card was only $8.99, but $8.99 is a lot. Is there any support or solution to this? What I can read is ?YYZ-7T???xw8-8B2B. That's about the best I can pull from it with my eyesight. We have a receipt. I did call Game Stop but they said the best I could do was try working with you.

Im lagging really bad for no reason
I'm trying to play the game and every time I do, it lags badly. I don't know why it keeps happening.

If you are unable to login to your Epic Games account, there are different ways to retrieve it. The first way works if you are logged into your Epic Games account. If you are, head to Account Management, where you can find your current email address. This helps you recover your Epic Games account.
Another way is to use Epic Games' self-service flow for Epic Games account recovery. Specify your Epic Display name, Account ID, or the Display name of your connected account. To delete your Epic Games account, log into your account on the platform's website. For iOS users, click Delete account in the settings to start the process. Once you have initiated Epic Games login, head to the Account Settings and follow the steps:

Click the Request Account delete
Click Delete Account
Enter the security code sent to the registered email address.
Click Confirm account deletion and choose the reason for deleting your Epic Games account
Click on Continue, and you will receive a message confirming your account deletion
Following this, you will be logged out, and the account will be permanently deleted in fourteen days.
Head to the Epic Games website to log in to your Epic account. You can sign in using your registered email address and password. Another way to initiate Epic Games account login is via Xbox, Sony, Apple ID, Nintendo, Lego, Facebook, and other platforms.
