I am new to Epic, I've only had an account for a few months, but I got hooked on the game Fortnite. I played religiously, paid extra for in game benefits, and worked hard to complete all achievements and quests.

I loved it. However, suddenly while I was playing I was booted from the game and a notice popped up saying my account was banned for 24 hours due to "exploiting". I was really confused and had to look up what it was referencing and realized that this was a mistake. I did my due diligence and got a hold of Epic Games Support to get the issue rectified.

I spoke to 2 different agents that kept copy and pasting the same messages to me and telling me they "wanted to, but couldn't help me". I asked them to escalate the ticket for me so that I could speak to a manager. Now, presumably they did, although there was no indication that I was indeed escalated to a different person. However, in the emails following the "escalation" I was informed that my ban was the result of supposedly utilizing "cheat software".

Again, I knew this to be a mistake because that just wasn't true. I asked for additional information or avenues I could take to submit proof that this was in fact a mistake. I asked if there was anyone else I needed to speak with instead, I tried anything I could think of to get this rectified. However, through talking to them I was told again and again that they could not provide me with any information but that they "did not make a mistake" and would do nothing to help or look into it further.

They did tell me however that not only was this now a permanent ban, but that it did not apply only to my account but to my entire device. They compromised my brand new laptop and will not allow it to play Fortnite on any account.

At this point I asked for a refund of the money spent since I was wrongfully banned and they refused to rectify it. They then stopped responding to me all together but kept the ticket open to prevent me from submitting a new one.one.

You must fix Bachis mechanics right
now because I like the skin but when
you use it, Bachis hand will go infront of
the reticle when using a red dot 1.2x
scope or even 2x or 4x scope. It's

On tik tok ! see people
using the skin and the same thing is
happening. This is making me mad. I
was in a ranked game and what do you
know I'm trying to snipe and her hand isn the way.

Oh and
also iust outside of reckless there is abug that someone used against me in a zero build game and they had gotten
under the ridge by the river and could
shoot me through it. This makes me
mad when people use exploits against
me it is a big disadvantage.

My epic games account for some reason is linked through my uncles account and the epic games password has been forgotten. I cannot change the email to mine, I cannot change the password because we do not know what it is, and I cannot change the display name because the account is not verified.

There is some random kid who hacked my account and keeps getting on and spending all of my V-bucks, and there is no way for me to prevent him from getting on my account because we cannot change the password. I have had this problem for 1 1/2 - 2 years now and Ive tried changing the password a while back and the password got changed to P and every time I go to log in it says the password is invalid/wrong. My uncle does not check his emails often and this has had a toll on trying to get the account in safe hands. The current display name is blackDEATH047 and the account is linked through my Xbox account haiden121@***.com.

The hackers account is linked through either PlayStation or PC, the hackers account is A_9med from the information I have collected he seems to be a younger Arabic kid, and he keeps adding his Arab friends on my account, and one again he spends all of my V-bucks. At a recent encounter I was a 3k V-bucks or so, and he spent all of it down to 60 V-bucks. He gets on and buys levels in the battle pass and random skins/bundles in the item shop and I keep having to add V-bucks to my account which has made a dent in my wallet considering Im unemployed at the moment. I cannot gift skins to friends or even save up V-bucks for the next battle pass.

I have tried reaching out to some people hes adding via Xbox chat, but none of them have responded. If you would please call my by 10:00 Am tomorrow (Saturday - March 9 - 2024) I would greatly appreciate it. Another thing I forgot to mention is, he keeps getting on my account and I would sign me out mid game. This has caused multiple issues with me and my friends because every time I go to sign back in, he will just kick me out and get back on.

I cannot enjoy the game because of him and I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.

I have a main account madmonk Nathan that's my account I have the battle pass ect I was putting more vbooks on and for some reason it gone on this glitch account and I lost all my skins every thing and then I restarted the game a couple of times to get my main account back but the vbooks go to the glitch account how to fix this please I don't want to lose my things over this glitch account the epic account in the pictures are the epic accounts I'm having problems with the one that ends in 2af0 I'd my main what I bought the vbucks on but they habs gone on to the glitched account that ends in 94e8 how do I get the vbucks back on my main account as the glitched account isn't mine I want the vbucks and cosmetics off the glitched account on my main account
